Blackberry Curve 8900 WhatsApp stuck at updating..

i have just purchsed a BB Curve 8900 and downloaded WhatsApp from BB appworld and it started but has been stuck at updating process since one day now. I tried to unistall and again install it but nothing it is still stuck there. Please help me as i am new to the BB service.
