laptop heat issue

I bought Dell i3 laptop 6 months ago now facing over heating problem and laptop fan some time running very fast make big noise how can I over come this issue please help me my room temperature is cool not hot

It sounds like a lot of dust accumulated around the fan..
It needs a good clean..
Head to youtube and look up how to disassemble the laptop and give it a good clean..
