YouTube videos random video and audio spikes

August 7th, 2016

Hi guys/girls
The problem:
Whenever i play a youtube video its randomly spikes so the video freeze for like 2-3 sec the audio is keep going and then the video just jump to the place it should be.
Or the other possibility the video goes and the audio mute for 2-3 sec then normal then mute again and at random intervals.
Things that didn’t helped:
I tried to update my graphic card driver
Uninstaled the antivirus AVG (lots saying AVG)
Cleaned the browsing history, cache, memory
Cleared the registry using CCleaner
Scanned the computer from viruses.
Possible solutions for a fix:?
Didn’t checked the adobe flash players version, maybe some buggy version i got
Didn’t updated the audio driver
Didn’t unchecked the hardware acceleration option in settings right click on youtube video
Power supply issues maybe?
Heating?
Few Memory?
If any1 could help, fell free to post a comment

I see a number of possible reasons:
1. A flash player issue, Get the latest version.
2. A buggy audio driver. Here too, Get the latest.
3. Some kind of browser problem, Try using a different one.
4. A CPU over-usage issue, Check the total CPU usage on task manager.
It might be a memory leak by a certain process, Or spyware (No AV provides 100% protection!)
5. Traffic congestion.
Do you live alone? If not, Could it be that one of your other “house members” is maxing out the bandwidth at the same time you’re trying to watch youtube videos? Also, If you have a wireless router, Make sure it’s properly secured! (An unsecured wireless connection or one that uses WEP encryption can easily be leeched by one of your neighbors! Better use WPA2, WEP can be cracked in 5mins or less!)
6. Weak signal (If you’re connecting wirelessly)
If this is the case, How many bars do you get? (Look in the system tray area, Near the clock)
7. Traffic shaping on your ISP’s end.
Does this problem occur all the time or only during certain hours of the day?
Check if it happens during late night hours as well (Say 12AM+)
I tried to update my graphic card driver You’ve mentioned you “tried” but not that you have actually succeeded, So just to confirm, It went well, Right? Also, Did you uninstall the previous one first? If not, Then I suggest you re-do it.
Cleaned the browsing history, cache, memory
Cookies too?
Didn't updated the audio driver
You should.
Just make sure you obtain it from the right place!
And by “right place” I mean your computer manufacturer site (If a pre-built desktop or a laptop)
or the motherboard maker site (If a customized desktop)
Didn't checked the adobe flash players version, maybe some buggy version i got
As said before, You should update it.
Didn't unchecked the hardware acceleration option in settings right click on youtube video
To be honest, Unless your computer is extremely old, There’s no point doing this.
What are your PC specs btw?
Power supply issues maybe?
Heating?
Few Memory? [code]

All of the above are highly unlikely.
