Xbox 360 Downloadable Content

Hi with the upcoming Smackdown vs Raw 09 game i’ve noticed a fair bit of significant downloadable content such as wrestlers etc.
For games like these is it possible to download the content externally on sites such as these or is through xbox live the only way?
