wrong language my computer

i get yesterday big probleme my comuter everthing changed language with symbole language.i can4t read anything …..
how to fix this probleme please help me……
I had this once before.. (partition crash)
Can you still open the files? Do they run properly?
(you could try a checkdisk on your c: drive)
start –> run –> cmd + enter –> chkdsk c: /F /X /R
reboot if required…
i can open everything no probleme only i can’t read this language there no letters only symboles language everything….
* windows working well hard disk also well the probleme that symbole language.
