“Wrong IP” error from FileParadox w/ VPN.

Ok…. I’ve tried contacting support from both my VPN (Private Internet Access) and File Paradox’s support team, and there’s no real conclusion.
Anyway, the captcha and all that works fine, but when I get to the download page, I get a wrong IP error. It seems to work fine on my actual IP. And for what it’s worth, this is the same error I get if I switch from My real IP to VPN or Vice Versa. The thing is I have the kill switch enabled on my VPN’s software, and when I did a basic IP test, it only shows the VPN IP.

Not a clue – I get “This file was blocked” however I try to get to it, even before a captcha ?
Have you tried a different browser ?

Thanks for the response, I guess that file was deleted, I talked to the person who originally referred me to PIA and they got the same error from the link, “Wrong IP,” i guess before it got deleted.
I know very little, but my guess is they do it to block multi hosters which probably use some of the same IP ranges as certain VPNS.
