Wireless connection help

Guys, Im having a problem with the wireless internet. I can connect through an ethernet cable to the router but when I try to connect to it through wireless it keeps saying “limited or no connectivity”. I know its not the computer as Ive tried it on my laptop too and it connects to other networks. Any thoughts on what this could be or would I be best to contact the IP?

I had this problem too and it was the modem problem .. Check your modem mate

Try updating the drivers for your wireless adapter. It might solve your problem. Good luck mate^_^

Its a pc that wont connect to it. My laptop connect to the wireless network at home and we have the same IP. So I know its not the drivers.
, what do you mean by “the modem problem”? Are you referring to the router?
