winrar help, corrupt files all the time on both my computers

ok so i try opening the file and it shows up with C:\Documents and seettings|HP_Owner|desktop|pocket_tanks_deluxe.rar the archive is either in unknown format or damaged
some one help me with this plz? i get that on every file, i tried to download warhammer and where the \pocket_tanks_deluxe is it was replace with warhammer when i was trying to download the game. im really not sure what is wrong with the downloads. i use kaspersky antivirus and im gonna try to defrag my hd right now
some one please help me find out a solution?

First of all try to look up your settings if you have integarted the Format of the File like “.ZIP” “.ISO”
This you can do by :
Start>RUN>Winrar,
then press CTRL+S ,or go to Options>settings.
now go to Integration> Check if all the files are selected (the ones you want)
if .zip either others arent integrated, select them and press OK,
now close Winrar, and try it again to open the file you want to open.
– 2nd option, Your Winrar Trial has been expired, While i was using it for 90 days when it sayd i have 2 days left haha, no worries;)
*if that dont work, try Installing Winrar again, this doesnt take long
