Windows Vista Users Help

hello all i suddenly remained without my PATH variable and now i cant use ping,nslookup from cmd some website even return invalid address (i can access only with a proxy)
i need the content of PATH variable here is how to get it
right click on my computer -> properties -> Settings -> Advanced -> the last one is something with variable click it and under system variables scroll down until you find a variable called PATH.
Click it,click edit and paste the content here please
