Windows live messenger

G’day guys,
I have been using windows live messenger for a while with windows 7 and had no problems. Now every time i open a Windows live program it says “Close program” or ” Send information” Well either way the program closes. I have Uninstalled, Restarted my computer and all. I just cant seem to get it working.

My WLMessenger freezes when I connect to a video call.
You could try using another program.
For instance I use Pidgin. It’s not a full replacement(Cant video call)
But I find the layout better, with the tray icon, and not the taskbar program.

OK, I remember this thing, It once happened with my friend. Apparently a malware was the problem. It might be the same for you so try scanning your computer for any malwares or viruses.

I have Bit Defender Internet Security 2010. I did a deep system scan and it found nothing.

I can’t download. I am capped. Also i bought this anti virus. So i am not getting rid of it. It should find the virus.
