Windows 7 gaming problemsq

August 8th, 2016

Weel i recently fully installed windows 7but now i realised that most of the games lag at online gaming…anyone has an idea how this comes?
Answer #1
Update your graphic driver to latest version.
Make sure you have at least 2GB RAM.
Is it lag when just online? If it’s then you should ask your ISP.
Answer #2
Check your firewall see that its not blocking game. It could be your ISP too and you know online games…it varies which server you pick. Like i know if i live in US im not going to be playing in a European server, although i could do that it would lag for sure. Check your ping and the ping of ther servers you are at. And update network card drivers.
Answer #3
Please elaborate. Please tell which games lag and mention ur graphic card for heaven’s sake.

I have this problem too and I use my laptop with windows 7, it has:
Radeon HD 3200 graphics (this should DEFINITELY be smooth for warcraft 3 which isn’t right now, its laggy as ~love~)
4 GB ram
320 GB harddrive
AMD Athlon64 X2 processor L310 (1.20 GHz)
Warcraft 3 should be really really smooth for this graphics card and this laptop. This laptop is way better than my desktop computer and my computer only has a geforce 6600 which is a weaker graphics card than my radeon hd 3200. Yet it has a constant 60 fps and the smoothest graphics i’ve ever played with on wc3.
And, updating to newest driver doesn’t do anything. I’m surprised by how people answer with this “update driver” every time when 100% of the time it doesn’t solve anything -____-
Answer #5
Your processor is sh*t.

Answer #6
Did you install 32 bit or 64 bit Windows 7? I remember having a hard time getting games to run on the 32 bit version, but 64 bit runs em no prob. That could be why you are having problems. It was only some games that seemed to have trouble installing. Also, what kind of internet connection do you have? I’m going to assume the laptop is using wireless. That will cause major lag during gaming. I personally have to be using LAN when I’m gaming online, that’s just me though.
