Hi,
Try to Uninstall the Skype using Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
Then Restars your PC,
then open “RUN” (By clicking on the Windows button and R )
the type “regedit”
then a new window will be opened , its the Windows Registry panel.
*** Please be careful here and do exactly what I say ***
1- Goto this location : HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software
then you will see some folder-like items there, try to find “Skype” then Right Click on it , then choose the Delete option.
2- Then Goto this location : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE
Then find skype and delete it.
then Restart your PC and try to install this version of skype (which is the latest) :

Now your problem should be solved.
please post your feedback.
