Wii help

I successfully softmodded my wii using modmii and the letterbomb exploit is there any way i can run it with the sd card removed at the moment it has to be inserted for the apps in the homebrew channel to work,also can anyone advise me what is the best multimedia player i can install in my wii,thanks in advance.

If you want to install the apps and run without the SD card, you will have to convert the DOL’s to WAD’s. Not use forwarders as they just launch from the SD card as well.
But its recommended to just use the SD card, the Wii’s NAND shouldn’t be hogged with stuff like that.
Mediaplayer CE is fine.

IMO the wii shud only used to soft mod wii and play games from external hardrive.
If u wana watch videos files/DVDs watch them on ps3/Xbox 360/media players

Yes, you can play dvd disc, WiiMc and Mplayer ce channels on Wii the quality not bad at these update these software.
