* There is no phone Facility available in my Country
* i m using Paypal.com after login it redirect to that page as i shown in figure

I email them Many time one time they said that fax use by using fax cover sheet but there is no option available in paypal.com for fax cover sheet
and several time they said that attach your credit card….but i haven’t any credit card and i can attach bank account but i m not able to attach bank account bcz my account is limited
—> and there email response taking 5 days and each time different facility response to that email so how my problem will be solved ??
