ass shostshot has sayed lower the bit rate, and get aprogram that turn it to exactly what you want it to be fore for example psp or ipod..

Thanks for the reply. That was my main question, I figured that was it, but just wanted some reassurance.
Lower the res to say 1440×900 from your mp4 which im guessing is 1920X1080i
