Which sound card to buy?

That should do the job and it’s nice n cheap.
You will find them cheap on ebay as people sell these when they get latest boards. Todays boards have equally good sound, so you will find people get rid of there old sound cards.
If i was you look on ebay.

yeah i dont want to use an adapter as it has a great loss in quality as i have some quality panasonic speakers which are a bit old.
EDIT: this one has it but its waaaayyy too expensive!

The only other option you might have other than an expensive internal slot card is an external USB card.

Nonsense, you would be flat out physically fitting enough RCA sockets on a sound card for a start!
You just use a cable with 3.5 plug to 2 x RCA plugs to connect to your amp.

thanks smitty and paroxys m and nel it does for me the one i bought sounds very bad. would you reccomend me a good 3/5m one? and would it sound good on a normal hd audio socket. My speakers are stereo panasonic 120w
