Where to buy cheap dvds

please no ebay or amazon
i have 40usd i want to spend on dvds so i want to get the most movies i can with $40
must be able to ship to new zealand
i would just download the movies but i like dvds better and + my cap is 10gb

amazon have cheap dvd but dvd cost like $2 but shipping is like $20 and most do not ship to where i live

Rent them and rip them ?
Try those Cash Converter type shops where people sell all their old crap so they can buy drugs and booze. Car boot sales, local fleamarkets etc
