Where is the IPB Admin Panel?

I have the root admin, but I cannot see the administration control panel from where I can control the whole forum that is templates, no. of forums, members etc.
Plz help soon.

is the standard place for the admin panel when you first install your board
If you have admin rights or admin permision then it’s on your header under logo

Yes but this is only the case if you dont have the scurity feature to remove it from the header wich i would suggest doing
