DVDDecrypter can do this for you. Just set the options up like this:
And make sure to rip in IFO mode:
Note: DVDDecrypter is just a DVD ripper so the files it generates will be full quality, but have a huge file size. You will need a converting program like AutoGK to convert the uncompressed (well, technically MPEG-2 compressed) VOB files into compressed (xvid or divx) AVI files.

Dvd decryptor and AutoGK is what I use.

the converter program dont work look what i see
AutoGK will automatically create .idx and .sub subtitle files for you. The extension of the files ripped with DVDDecrypter is .vob, so look there with all files shown and you should see the video. Play it in a decent media player like VLC to be sure it works. Submux just doesn’t support extracting subtitles from VOBs, that is why it is not showing the video file.
ok u just confused me
Try Xilisoft DVD Ripper Platinum.
One app that will let you check off and view what chapters you want to rip.

check off titles not chapters
man this is sad
Use what I had listed my man.
If you put in a full DVD it will let you pick what parts you want to rip (chapters etc).
Did you even try what I pointed out?
what should my settings be then
oh my goodness it works

I personally use ImToo DVD ripper.
If you use DVD Decrypter and AutoGK to convert your movies, it is a two-step process. First you have to decrypt the DVD using DVD Decrypter. The files from DVD Decrypter are in the exact format that they are on the DVD, except decrypted and split (if you so desire). Those files have the extension .vob and contain all the video, audio and subtitle tracks that are in the original DVD. Then you have to convert the format from a .vob to an .avi using AutoGK. AutoGK will also extract the subtitles from the vob and put them in 2 files: a .idx file which contains a time index of which subtitle is displayed where in the movie, and a .sub file, which contains the actual subtitles. This format of subtitles are called “VOB subtitles” or “bitmap subtitles” because each subtitle is actually a picture. If you want or need the subtitles in a text format like SRT, then you have to convert them using a program like VobSub. There are programs that do all of this at once, but most of them I have tried have limited queing abilities. This is one of the best features of AutoGK, IMHO.
If you want to learn more, see this tutorial. It takes you from ripping a DVD all the way through posting it on rapidshare. The main difference in your case is that you have to add each chapter separately into AutoGK for it to convert them. The example is of an entire movie.

I see that you found a program that works. The best thing is to decide what works best for you and use that. I just wanted to further explain what I was talking about.

If you don’t care about filesize, then the VOB files will be the highest quality, as they are the same quality as the original DVD with no re-encoding. A decent quality AVI file with xvid as the video codec will be about 1/5 the size of the original VOB. MKVs are also another good option, although I don’t have any personal experience encoding to MKV.
