What’S the best app. for learning foreign language?

I start to use Rosetta Stone. It looks very good, interesting,clearly interface etc. And i think it is very popular.
Does someone use it? But for long period and can it say – I learn to speak foreign language?
If you not use this one app. did you use some other? Please tell me about it.
I want to improve my English and i will start to learn German. Maybe in the feature some other language too.

I have already installed. Ver which i have something wrong with it and app. doesn’t work 100% ok. Anyway i think Rosetta is better than Tell me more.
Did you use TMM?

Which ver does he use? I have some where i have always to put image file into virtual drive (there is no related crack) some tests on main screen doesn’t work and for some tests show me i did not complete it (little square show me 0%) but i work them and finished.

it’s an .iso file 1.41 GB
no need for crack, patch or serial number
and yes you should always mount the .iso image into virtual drive
no other problems

Where to check my ver? I do not see no where.
On this picture

all three marked lessons with arrow doesn’t work. ‘EuroNews lesson’ and ‘Progress test work’ work from time to time but ‘Language Achievement Test’ never worked. I just get o white screen and i can only close with alt+f4
Look this too.

When i work on those test i want to see it is all done. It is not important to see it is all corect, i am learning right . But here i done all test and still is not 100% done.
Do you have the same problem?
Maybe i will fix all those problems with other ver. …
