What website should I set up?

Well, when I get bored I seem to love being creative.
So now that I’m bored I wish to design and set up a site for people or just general help.
Anyone got any ideas for a website that’s interesting?
(No stupid ideas like another YouTube, search engine or anything like that)

A huge website for all technical problems. That will keep you busy and everyone needs help in some area of IT now and again.

I do love every suggestion and the IT site would work brilliantly… if I knew a damn load about computers.
Online interactive mixing tool will require someone with extreme coding knowledge which I don’t have. plus alot of bandwidth for the server (tool) etc.
I don’t know what it is i wish to set up but it’s something that if someone said it, It might just clock in my head and I’ll know what to do.
Plus things like setting up an IT knowledge site will require a lot of other people to help out for each section of IT.

I agree something that you have talent and skill in will make it more personal and a better site in general.
For an IT help site you could have the public answer questions etc or something, we don’t have to completely rely on you to answer the questions.
just start with a blog id say, the u can make it about whatever u want!

With the IT site, I wouldn’t mind it apart from, using a free hosted site and domain with some tech-heads using the forum is abit :S But then again, that’s why you can work on things and progress
as you go along. EG- Money/funding, more technical help.

That sounds fairly ok but still, It’s pointless and isn’t benefiting anyone. (the money part might ofc)
but then comes a detailed account registry with bank or pay-pal details, I wouldn’t want
to manually transfer money over. (And that’s a long & hard process)
Why not make a kind of portfolio of your artwork and mixes, this will give u freedom to create graphics for your site and to showcase ur talent!
I love the idea but I currently have one in connection to a few mates with my editing.
I’m still thinking of other sites or communitys that there ain’t much of so I can get good
traffic.

I will suggest you to make a site on photography.
You make a site about what YOU like, if you like the subject the site’s on it will suceed. If it’s just for the sake of it, it will not.
