it looks like a script it has popular searches bla bla
if it is html website it must be hard for them to edit all pages etc.
so you thing there is nothing special they use ? only simple html

people create their own websites. they don’t use scripts. If you mean an admin panel yea they have one to add pages and info. If you mean what langauge.. thats another story.
