what is the easiest linux

Ok, I do not mean to start an eruption of arguments, or any means is heated discussion here. Just simply wandering what the easiest Linux is? I ll use Linux for the first time, i downloaded some Linux Editions to my computer but i could not use them because they were very hard to use…
What do you think is the best for a person who will use as a first time? please help, i am very complicated….

openSUSE. I’ve used Ubuntu, openSUSE and Fedora. It’s my favorite of the three by far.
