What is the best NDS mod? (nintendo DS)

Well, I just got a NDS for Christmas and I am not really into paying 50$ for a stupid game. What is the best mod that will play (pirated)homebrew games, movies, music , ebooks maybe etc. Also is there one that I could put a flash card in with my stuff? because I have a 4gig I really want to put to work ^^

Hi
Get your self an R4 Evolution Card just run a search on google. They take upto 2gb micro SD cards but these hold loads of games seeing that the games are between 8mb and 128mb.
Once you have the card you just need to download some roms (check out the posts in the games console section). You can put Flashme on your DS if you want this will protect you from DS virus but you do not need this to play your downloaded roms.

I’m also using R4DS and it has a big compatibility list worth mentionning. Alot of the games also work online. Compatibility List : http://wiki.scorpei.com/index.php/R4_compatibility_list
It’s also not peaking out of your DS like the other larger MOD’s. So overall , it’s quite good.

yeah.. but if u want to use ds browser, R4 does not support it..
i recommend u to use CycloDS..

I use DSorganiser with my R4 the browser in DSorganiser works great, I set a wireless conection to my Speedtouch router.

Well, I ended up buying cyclo ds and heh now I’m down 70$ – Hope its worth it, oh and thanks for the suggestions. The only reason I didn’t buy the R4 is because people were starting to say it was getting obsolete compared to the cyclo ds

Appanrently the ds organiser is a bit dodgy as there are stil lsome major bugs in it. However when my R4 comes I will give it a go. I like the sound of not having to pay for the web browser XD
