What is the best grahpics card under £50

Would i be better off buying something like a 5450 or a used 4890 or a 250?

I remember you saying silence was important.
The HD 4890 can get pretty loud.
At that budget you are best looking at used cards on ebay.
If you are lucky you can grab a GTX 275
