Free Lossless Audio Codec (FLAC) is a file format for lossless audio data compression. Being lossless, FLAC does not remove information from the audio stream, as lossy compression formats such as MP3, AAC, and Vorbis do. FLAC's primary author is Josh Coalson.

FLAC is the best audio format, but the size of tracks are big
Moving.
FLAC does not decrease the quality of the sound in any way, just the size. MP3 as you maybe know, or maybe not, cuts off lots of frequencies that “we can’t hear” but it does make big difference when you listen on proper equipment.
If you compress a WAV to FLAC, and then uncompress the FLAC back to a WAV, you will still have a 1/1 same file as the original.
