Website Help

Ok so I am running a website, and I am currently using WordPress for my front end, and I am having the damndest time trying to get sliders to work.
I have been looking everywhere for 3 days and I cannot find the reason as to what has caused this.
But that is besides the point.. I have downloaded well over 20 different slider plug ins, and still none will work. The only one that I have gotten to work is the Captain Slider plugin, and it gets stuck on a slide and is stuck like that for one whole cycle, and I cannot have that happen. So I suppose at this point, I need someone who knows how to fix such an error, or find me a working slider.
I have already tried two sliders from code canyon, and they do not function either.
Any help with that would be extremely helpful
And about connections, I am wondering if anyone has experience with IP.Board 3.4.1’s IP.Connect and connecting it to multiple scripts. I need it to connect to wordpress and PHPProBid.
I have tried doing this myself and I failed.

For the wordpress slider, which one did you try? Are you using any wordpress themes?
