Visual style

hi im trying to apply this visual style to vista, no idea where the files go, although i did get mediacentre msstyles file into tuneup utilities ok, but the rest i have no idea shell ones, dont want the object dock though , can anyone do step by step so i can apply it thanks..

1. Extract the .zip to your Desktop
2. Open the .msstyles file and click ‘Apply’ and ‘OK’.
3. YOUR DONE!
