Virus That Keeps Opening IE

Any idea how to get rid of such a virus. One of the sites it opens is http://deccanflight.blogspot.com/

Remove C:\Windows\msa.exe
It’s a virus.
Clean your temp files & your registry after. Just to make sure you’re safe and clean.
