U need a good antivirus such as AVG or NOD32.. Scan ur system..
Then get Flash_Disinfector… search for it on google.. It deletes the autorun.inf file (virus spreader).

Seems to me that a Hacker Noob has infected you with a Virus. Try to get a stable Anti-Virus in the App Section. Then download Hijackthis and scan you running Processes. Delete all Processes which are marked with a huge red X. Then scan you System with your Anti-Virus. Kaspersky IS 09 is a good opportunity

Well obviously you need an antivirus. I personally like McAfee or Kaspersky. Read the virus removal tutorial, link is in my siggy. Use freeware spyware removers and ye. If all else fails you do a reformat. (Reformating deletes everything what you do is stick Windows CD in boot from it delete partition, create new partition format as NTFS and install Windows again.)
