Video converter and Compressor

I am currently using Prism Video Converter.. Well, it does the job for now, but I need more compression.. Well, I need it.. I need the following features mainly!
1> top priority- Very high compression like those of naruto episodes (50 mb per naruto episode, mp4, 640*360)
2> to be able to change resolution for using it in my mobile/psp
3> multi format
4> Easy to use like prism video conv.. Can be excluded though..
Need it quick.. Compressing FRAPS videos to very small n uploadin to utube, and for mobile..
Googled it, dint get much help.. Thx in advance..

you didn’t google enough,
have you tried some video editors? sony vegas, adobe premiere…
you can open the original file in one of those editors and choose to encode to a mobile format
or anything else you might want.
do a quick search on here and find either (or both) and choose which one your more comfortable with

only thing wrong is that limit doenst go below 99 or others.

Personally I’ve found that Total Media Player and AVS Video Converter work the best.

downloaded sony vegas, can u help me how to set the file size? i downloaded a 170 mb naruto file to test on.. wanna convert it to the size of the all in one (30 to 50mb) thx..
