Utorrent

Why does it upload and download a little even if im not uploading or downloading or even if i dont have internet access? Why cant i use my net at same time utorrent downloads and uploads?

I’m not sure about the first question, I’ve never seen that before but I wouldn’t worry about that too much. It’s probably just that it’s looking for a connection or something.
You should be able to use uTorrent and use your computer normally though. What happens when you try to use the Internet at the same time?
