using mobile wap connection on pc

please help me with this
I heard there are ways to browse on your PC through your mobile connection by using wap browsers
I tried using winwap, opera(I heard it works) I connected my mobile via USB and set up the mode, the modem seems operationnal, it says that he conenction is connected but when I try to browse nothign happenes
no browser has worked no program has worked, what am I doing wrong?
my mobile service is mtc touch lebanon and I think the wap service is from blackberry
please help me

I really need this to work, it’s the only way I can get internet in my house in the mountains in the middle of nowhere
right now I’m in a small dump in the city using this DSL
just recommend me a browser that works r tell me what I should reconfigure or something

Try looking for mobile broadband, you’ll get a dongle that connects as a modem to connect to the 3G Network, you can get PAYG packages that limited your storage to 7GB maximum, thats 7GB of data. The speeds are usually around 50 – 300KB/s depending on the nearest network mast and the network itself.
Or, look in your phone manual for modem connecting settings, you might require a default username and password to connect the modem through to the internet, and for WAP browsers there are a few like Opera Mini and BOLT Browser.
