Using Android Phone (EVO4G) to download torrents using PC?

Hey everyone, I’m wondering how I can download torrents to my phone using a desktop computer internet connection. Pretty much just plugging the phone into computer’s USB and torrent software on my phone downloads the torrents. I know it’s kind of weird post, but just curious on how to do it. Also, if you guys don’t mind if you could post the software that I would need.

I guess that will help you downloading torrents.
How about using desktop’s internet connection? Giving me something I should search in Google isn’t really helpful, especially if I already posting in Help Desk category.
