ups not giving backup

Pls tell me its remedies[/i]First, at most the batteries are good for 5 years, they should be replaced at 4 years or sooner, secondly, the battery voltage has to be checked under a load. unplug the UPS and measure the battery voltage. anything under 10 volts per 12 volt battery is so low that the UPS won’t turn on to protect the batteries. you could have a weak cell, or the battery charger is not working, or there could be an electronics problem in the UPS, which would mean having it serviced by the manufacturer.
