I got a brand new double boxed never opened LAST laptop and when I began to set it up I noticed that the papers inside was to an HP tablet (duh), not only that, there was NO KEY CARD. With time to take it back which I do not want to do because of my last new laptop problems this is the least of them. So after I wait online for an hour for a rep, I go online and basically the rep said I could buy one which did not sit well with me. I mean, I buy this thing, they make the mistakes and I’m the one who is suppose to shell out MORE money for a stupid key card an HP employe pocketed. I just want know if the pre-installed Microsoft office can be uninstalled? I need office and i have my own copy. No, the Toolkit doesn’t even see the preinstalled version, so I couldn’t use that. Thank you. . .
