Uninstaller for removing demo/trials

January 22nd, 2020

Why is there no uninstaller program that can successfully remove demo/trials in such a way that we can re-install them? If a program could track everything that these demo does, it should be able to erase everything, no?
Answer #1
Did you try “Your Uninstaller” ?
Answer #2
Revo Uninstaller Pro 30 day free trial
Answer #3
If they have done it right, the ‘uninstaller’ programs don’t remove all of the keys necessary to reset the trial.
The trials normally hide the registry entries in the MS or IE registry keys.
The easiest way if the normal uninstallers don’t work (try those first), is to install the trialware in a virtual environment using a program like Spoon Virtualization to capture the changes. From there you can create a reverse .reg file to unregister everything that was left behind.

It depends on how the uninstaller works. No, they are not tracking any change. The closest to this for you to try is
https://www.comodo.com/home/support-maintenance/programs-manager.php
, it has other bugs but tracking works great. Else virtualization is your only option.
Answer #5
Thanks everyone for the suggestions, I am currently using VM but there are some limitations to using that method. I will check out that comodo tool.
