Ubuntu Phone & Tablet…

Does anyone know when these will be available for purchase in the United States?
I have seen them in Europe, and was going to pick one up, but the plugs are different.

i havent seen them in the EU, and a plug difference can be overcome by an adapter. What you’d need to worry about is the cellular tech used. GSM vs CDMA. http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2407896,00.asp
90% of the world uses GSM, while a couple providers in the US use CDMA. It’s also the reason why in the US most devices are carrier locked on network.
