Two questions (One easy, one Hard)

My first question is what are some GPS systems for a car that are recommended and decent, but at the same time not too expensive.
My second question is does anyone know a good source of information on fixing the PS3’s RROD equivalent, known as the Red blinking light, looks like this:

Yeah garmin is pretty good.
For the ps3. I never seen such a thing

for 2 I dont think any one knows how to fix that google is stuffed with people trying to find out
