Throttling or….?

I’ll have to mess around with other devices to make sure it’s not my PC. And nothing else in the house is online as I have these problems. Normal website activity is. well, normal.
i see the site is being upgraded at the moment,
but when i used internet download manager (to download) last week it was o.k.
try downloading a video from youtube and see what speeds you get.
Anyone been seeing differences in d/l speeds with Comcast/Xfinity? One site that used to d/l 400 megs in less than five minutes now takes over an hour. I don't think it's just that site. I've tried others and I noticed my d/l speeds fluctuate wildly - going from 40 kbps to 120 kbps and back again.

Are you referring to pirating videos or games? Everything legit works fine for me, but all-debrid and real-debrid are extremely slow. I am almost certain it is being throttled.
Take a look at the tool “Ping Plotter”.
Its awesome in finding the bottleneck’ s that cause lag and slow downloads cause nomatter if its artificiall trafficshaping or some server beyond its capacity you will see exactly at what point in the chain the packets send to you get stuck, take a brake or vanish.
I have heard a virus is going around that puts lots of strain on networks. I think that is what you might be experiencing. I have had bandwidth issues all day yesterday.
