The Best Software for synchronization?

I’m trying to sync audio and video files (dubbed audio), but I don’t know what software is appropriate for this. I tried Sony Vegas but couldn’t do anything. What is the best and easy-to-use software? Please help!

if its just some fixed(dont need any editing) audio and video files, u could sync them with “mkvmerge”.
