The BEST CMS to use

I would like to know what you guys think the best CMS would be to use. I use SubDreamer right now and it’s nice, but I want to use something a little but more customizable like PHP-nuke (like the ability to add modules and plenty of other stuff). I really don’t care if it costs anything so please don’t let price affect your opinion.

e107 is very user friendly.
