synced itunes on multiple computers

i was wondering if there is any way of setting up itunes on two computers, and having them identical? I’ve got a desktop and a laptop, and I would like to have both computers with identical itunes libraries.
I understand that I could stream media from one computer to the other;however, this isn’t ideal as once I leave my house, I would be unable to use this media.
Also, it would be great if I could simply add music to one itunes library and – once connected to the other computer – it updates the library and copies the mp3 files across. This would be much more handy than having to manually add music to both computers…
I’m kind of stumped, so any advice/great ideas would be much appreciated
I’ve heard of tuneranger. It syncs libraries over your network. Yet its not upload on here give this a go:
