standalone bbcode editor with preview that works for WBB?

does such a thing exist?
it’s such a pain to build big posts here. i usually don’t have time to do them all at once, so i have to start, save, return to work some more, save… plus it slows things way down to go to preview mode every few lines.
i googled a bit and found a java one which i didn’t like much. prefer something .net
also, dual-pane would be best, with bbcode on one side and preview on the other.
oh, and hotkeys are a must!
if anyone knows of such a tool, please let me know

hey , i never found one, but i found a great firefox addon called BBCodeXtra that really takes a lot of work out of building posts…
