Spotify and Itunes

i want to sync, my music between Itunes and Spotify to my Ipod Nano,
unfortunatly when i do sync, with itunes its erase my music on the ipod ,and the same way when i sync the spotify,
can someone advise how to do this so it won’t ease al my musics?
this can be closed i managed to figure this out
