Splitting Windows Into Multiple Discs

So i got a bunch of 700MB CDs and Nero wont let me burn windows to it because the file (2.4 Gigs) is bigger than the disc.
Is there any way to burn it and split it up into like 4 – 5 discs or however many it takes?
Or is there any way to compress it so it will still install but wont be so big?

yeah i ask this alot? have two HDD? and is it Windows 7?` then u can do it without disc, . Otherwise i have no clue

And I only have 1 harddrive on my computer.

It’s not possible…Just the install.wim file is over 2 GB…
