Someone must know why my saves are gone from bioshock 3

I have installed the crash of the clouds DLC for Bioshock 3 Infinte, after instalation I started the game and my previous saves files have gone.
Does anyone know where the old save files are and how to re-apply my old save files for the game?

you could look in these folders, as this is the default C:\Document and Settings\(user name)\My Documents\Bioshock 3\SaveGames
or have a look in these as well
C:\Users\<username>\Application Data\Bioshock3\MEMORY\CurrentGame
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\BioShock 3
