Some applications very blurry – What could be the problem?

Hi, i recently bought a new computer and i’m having some problems with some applications that doesn’t have the correct graphic appearance. (Check the screens please…)
My Computer Specs:
OS: Windows 7 64-bits Ultimate
Graphic: AMD Radeon™ HD 6970 2GB
Screen Resolution: 1920 x 1080
RAM: 8GB 1333Mhz
Most of the applications work fine but look at theese:
Google Chrome (Firefox doesn’t have any problem…)

Adobe Fireworks CS5.1 (Dreamweaver CS5.5 runs just fine…)

PS: Also have the same problem with Steam.
Any ideas on how to solve this grahical issues?

I don’t see any problem to be honest,I’d say it’s some strange problem with the GFX driver or your monitor.
Obtain the latest GFX driver,Uninstall the current,Restart,Install the new one,Set your display properties to the screen’s native resolution & refresh rate,If that doesn’t help,Make sure the VGA/DVI cable is sitting tight on both ends,Maybe try another too if you got a spare.
Edit: If nothing works,Try another monitor (if possible) or hook it up to your TV and see how it goes.

I can’t really see much difference as I’m on a Netbook at the moment, do what Roberto has suggested, you can also have a look at your Cleartype settings

Try turning off MLAA in the AMD Video Card control panel widget
