[Solved]Stuck with Rage

Hey guys this looks like some sort of bug. I am in the power plant level and can’t go further.

There are those fans moving around, but I can’t go beyond the steps. I am just not able to move forward.
Youtube videos showed some fire obstacle and other guys, but I don’t have any such thing.
I use bombs, guns, EMP grenades to stop the fans, but nothing worked.
Can anyone help me with this or give me a saved game

Are you referring to the uploaded image? It is loading fine for me
Edit: nvm played the level from start. Fine now
