the games under CSS aren’t mine, meaning i didnt buy them
but from the halflife its mine

came outa nowhere! lol ive asked the owner if he bought some games by accident but nope, not him, maybe a gift sended wrong by accident?
anyone help me out figure out what happend?

Yes they are MODS, Valve released in a News Post that they were releasign a few MODS for direct download from Steam. The games have been out for ages and are free and will always be free, unless they turn into a counterstrike kinda thing.

those games are 3rd party mods, therefore there free
Those others games are just mods, so it’s nothing special. Anyone can download them for free….
